DESCRIPTION:We are excited for you to join us for Bryndee’s Postpartum Pelvic Floor Class!\n\nThroughout pregnancy\, your pelvic floor serves as the foundation for supporting your growing baby. These muscles are naturally weakened as we age\, and through the stress of pregnancy and labor. Just like other muscles in the body\, these muscles can be trained to be stronger – providing a strong base for our pelvic organs! \n\nBryndee Nichols\, DPT with MercyOne will be providing education about the pelvic floor – sharing and demonstrating which exercises are most beneficial in the postpartum period.
