Pregnancy and birth are powerful experiences for both mother and baby. At Guiding Star Cedar Valley, we are here to help empower parents to have a positive pregnancy and birth experience with educational and support opportunities throughout.
We love to meet with any mom as they navigate their pregnancy for the first time or sixth time. We strive to build relationships with each mom who comes through our doors and meet with them during free care consults at 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 38 weeks and postpartum. We discuss good nutrition, birth planning, how to spot the signs of postpartum depression and more.
