Join Bryndee Nichols, DPT with MercyOne, on Tuesday, March 3rd as she shares information about the importance of tailoring exercise to each phase of your menstrual cycle. Syncing your cycle to the exercises you do at each stage is an excellent way to truly honor your body and the natural fluctuations of hormones at each stage. Bryndee will also be sharing information about the pelvic floor and why how these muscles create the foundation for sexual and reproductive health at every stage of life.
