Guiding Star Siouxland offers FREE in-house pregnancy testing. Self-administered tests are available during any of our open hours with no appointment necessary, and a Nurse Manager is available on Mondays from 9am-7pm for scheduled pregnancy testing appointments.

Guiding Star Siouxland offers FREE limited obstetric ultrasounds for the purposes of confirming an intrauterine pregnancy, dating gestational age, and confirming fetal heartbeat. We offer ultrasounds to women who are between 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant until the beginning of the second trimester. Please note, if you have concerns about your pregnancy, contact your primary care provider to schedule an ultrasound
