There are so many benefits of pelvic floor exercises; including making the birthing process easier, treating urinary incontinence, strengthening support for your baby while pregnant, and SO much more. Pelvic floor exercises are beneficial for your overall health. Integrating a few things into your daily routine can significantly improve your quality of life.
