Sarah Oldre and Chelsea Eggleston are the doula team at Zenith Birth Services. They provide birth and labor doula support and placenta encapsulation services.

As your birth doulas, they will provide physical, emotional, and educational support:

  • provide reassurance and perspective
  • make suggestions for labor progress
  • make recommendations for positioning
  • help with relaxation and massage
  • help to include dad/partner in the birth process
  • use other comfort techniques

As your doulas, they will work for you, not your healthcare provider or hospital/birth center. They don’t make decisions for you, but they will help you get any information you may want to make an informed decision, and they’ll support you in those choices.
