Join us on Saturday, June 5th at Guiding Star Cedar Valley for the Cycle Show Presentation! This workshop was developed to give young girls the knowledge of what is going on inside their bodies in relation to puberty. This knowledge supports and prepares them in a positive way for the wonderful changes they will experience within their bodies over the coming years.
Today it is more important than ever for young girls to have high self-esteem regarding their bodies, not just when they are in the middle of puberty, but before the onset. Participation in the Cycle Show Workshop helps the girls value and respect their bodies as they move into their teenage years.
There will be a Parent Presentation available to equip parents with a thorough understanding of the themes and topics presented in the Cycle Show and allows the conversation to continue at home with solid education and resources.
