FEMM: Introductory Session

FEMM, Fertility Education and Medical Management, is a fertility awareness-based method that utilizes a woman’s natural biomarkers to indicate her days of fertility throughout her cycle. While understanding her body and what she is observing, she will be able to chart her cycle with the goal of avoiding or achieving a pregnancy, as well as simply being mindful of her overall health!
